Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to and with all of our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our business. Our business depends on advance reservations. Therefore, cancellations can be costly. Once we reserve a cabin for you, we remove that cabin from the market, refusing all other requests for the cabin.
A credit card is required to reserve your cabin. A deposit of $150.00 for 4 nights or more, $50.00 for 1-3 nights, per cabin reserved, will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. Balance can be paid at time of check-in by personal check, travelers check, money orders, credit card or cash.You will be charged for the number of days reserved, including late arrivals or early departures.
Deposit money will be refunded only if cancellation is received in time to fully fill the vacancy. "No shows" will be charged to their credit card the full rate for the entire number of days reserved.
The boat dock is not included in your lodging rate, however, we do not charge an additional fee for its use. We reserve the boat slip when you make your reservation.
Pontoon and boats leave with a full tank and must returned with a full tank. You are responsible for any damages and we encourage you to be present when visual inspections are made. We are not responsible for any injury or loss that you may occur while you use our boats.
Our cabins and all facilities of the Biltmore resort are for the exclusive use of our registered guests only. Our insurance does not provide for you to have non registered visitors. We do allow limited registered visitors and at no charge. Anyone not registered in our office is trespassing on our premises. You will be responsible for damages done by you, your family, your guests, or your pet, to the cabins, or any facility of the resort. We cannot be responsible for fire, theft, accident or injury to guests or their belongings.
